Purpose

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Tri Connect platform (the "Platform"), available via the website and mobile applications. By accessing the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms.

Definitions

• "Platform": the Tri Connect digital service connecting sellers, delivery drivers and customers.
• "User": any individual or legal entity using the Platform, whether a seller, delivery driver or customer.
• "Seller": a user offering products for sale on the Platform.
• "Delivery driver": a user offering delivery services.
• "Customer": a user purchasing products through the Platform.

Registration and account

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for any activity carried out under your account.

Tri Connect reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in the event of a breach of these Terms or fraudulent behavior.

Seller obligations

• Offer products that comply with applicable laws.
• Ensure the accuracy of the descriptions, images and prices displayed.
• Manage stock reliably and honor confirmed orders.
• Meet the agreed preparation and shipping timelines.
• Never offer counterfeit, prohibited or dangerous products.

Delivery driver obligations

• Respect the delivery timelines agreed with the customer.
• Guarantee the integrity of packages during transport.
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude.
• Comply with traffic laws and local regulations.
• Communicate promptly in case of any issue affecting delivery.

Payments and commissions

Financial transactions are secured through our payment partners. Tri Connect charges a commission on each transaction, the rate of which is specified in the seller area. Payments to sellers and delivery drivers are made according to the frequency defined in the specific terms.

Liability

Tri Connect acts as a technical intermediary and is not a party to the sales contracts concluded between sellers and customers. Our liability cannot be engaged for disputes relating to product quality, except in the event of gross negligence on our part.

Changes to these Terms

Tri Connect reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of any substantial changes. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by Tunisian law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent courts of Tunis shall have sole jurisdiction over the dispute.
